Lead Customer Support SaaS e-commerce SME

EasyAds is an innovative IT company with start-up mentality that provides automation and on-line marketing services for the e-commerce (SME) market. We do that with the technology of Channable - market leader of e-commerce tools - on all kinds of marketplaces and sales channels such as Google Shopping, Marktplaats.nl, Bol.com, e-Bay, Amazon etc.

We are looking for:

A Lead Customer Support, or 'hands-on chief customer' to come and help our Customer Support team become even better. An enthusiastic, professional for 32 or 40 hours per week. You have extensive experience in the world of online sales, e-commerce automation and marketing.

You are a no-nonsense professional who enjoys working with SMEs. You are part of our customer support team (3fte) as a cooperating foreman/woman. You are the connecting factor between customer needs and their fulfillment. You are responsible for the daily operations of customer service. You work closely with the other teams such as Campaigns. You are positive by nature and get along well with different types of people.

Are you our man or woman?

  • You speak and write good Dutch and English
  • You have min. 3 (to max. 10) years of experience in a similar position
  • You have solid executive experience with Channable
  • Affinity with online (SaaS) products and understands the technology behind them
  • Knowledge and/or interest in the area of Google Shopping & Analytics
  • Knowledge and/or interest in the field of bol.com or marketplaces
  • Knowledge and experience of office, back office and ticketing systems
  • You work independently, in a planned way, keep an overview
  • Driven, eager to learn and a team player with analytical skills
  • You have a minimum of HBO / WO work and thinking level

What you will do:

You bridge the gap between desire, technology and practicality to the customer. You manage tickets for new and existing accounts. You execute the services of EasyAds for customers. You guide and support your support colleagues where necessary. A smooth (and correct) ticket handling is the way to make customers happy and satisfied.
