Customer Success Manager SaaS e-commerce SME

EasyAds is an innovative IT company with start-up mentality that provides automation and on-line marketing services for the e-commerce (SME) market. We do that with the technology of Channable - market leader of e-commerce tools - on all kinds of marketplaces and sales channels such as Google Shopping, Marktplaats.nl, Bol.com, e-Bay, Amazon etc.
We are looking for:
A customer success manager, or "consultative selling expert" who comes to help us onboard new customers and further expand existing customers. An enthusiastic, professional for 32 or 40 hours per week. You have experience in the world of online sales, e-commerce automation and marketing.
You are a pro-active professional who enjoys working with SMEs. You are part of our Customer Support and Campaigns team (6fte) as customer success manager for customers. You are the connecting factor between customer needs and fulfillment. You are responsible for the onboarding and further success of customers (inbound). You work closely with the other teams. You are positive by nature and get along well with different types of people.
Are you our man or woman?
- You speak and write good Dutch and English
- You have min. 1 (to max. 10) years of experience in a similar position
- You have experience with online marketing automation or other SaaS
- Affinity for online products and understands the technology behind them
- Knowledge and/or interest in the area of Google Shopping & Analytics
- Knowledge and/or interest in the field of bol.com or marketplaces
- Knowledge and experience of office, back office and ticketing systems
- You work independently, in a planned way, keep an overview
- Driven, eager to learn and a team player with analytical skills
- You have a minimum of HBO / WO work and thinking level
What you will do:
You bridge the gap between desire, technology and practicality to the customer. You help new and existing accounts make the right choice with their subscriptions. You perform the onboarding for EasyAds customers. We don't like hard sales, but a healthy commercial attitude is your daily drive.
